Purchasing Checkout
All the items that you have in your shopping bag appear in your order during Checkout. If you do not want to order all the items, simply edit your shopping bag before clicking "Checkout."
Canceling an Order
If you would like to cancel or change an order that you've just placed, please call or e-mail us at Sales@JustLongShirts.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, however; items that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must be exchanged.
Please note: if you cancel an item that qualified you for a promotion, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Methods of Payment
We are unable to accept checks or cash. SJYC Wear Online accepts credit cards accepted by PayPal.
If we are unable to process your credit card, please check to ensure you entered the correct card number and expiration date, and that the billing name and address you entered match your credit card statement exactly. Please refer to your credit card company if the problem persists.

For customers outside North America, during your checkout you will be charged standard shipping. However, you will also be sent an invoice via PayPal for the additional amount required to ship your item(s) to your destination.
Shipping & Handling Methods & Delivery Times
Pending credit card approval, in-stock merchandise sent via:
North America Delivery: will arrive within 14 business days.
International Delivery: Pending PayPal payment for the additional shipping, item(s) will arrive in 14 – 21 business days.
What is your return policy?
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. If, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 20 days of receipt for an exchange, or refund of the purchase amount, less the shipping & handling charges. After 20 days, we'll be happy to send a merchandise credit to you for the purchase amount, less the shipping & handling charges.
Exchanges, Returns & Store Credit Policy
Unwashed or unworn may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of original purchase date.
We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective.
If you would like to exchange or refund an item, we will cheerfully comply with your request provided you meet the required criteria:
Your return is received within 20 days of purchase.
The items are received in the same, new condition as when the order was shipped and have not been worn or washed.
Exchanges
Please email and let us know what item you would like to exchange and what item(s) you would like in its place. We will them be able to advise you if we have the item(s) in stock.
Returns
Please note that we do not refund shipping costs. In addition, you may be subject to a deduction for shipping. If you received FREE shipping on your order and return it, the shipping costs will be excluded from your refund.
Once you decide which option is best for your needs, please contact us and let us know. We will then promptly process your exchange or return once your item has been received and processed by our distribution department. Please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear on your credit card.
Please wrap your package securely, enclosing the invoice with the item.
Please allow 3-4 weeks from the time you ship your return for us to process your exchange, refund, credit your charge card, or issue a merchandise credit. If the item(s) returned to us were returned within 20 days of the date you received them, we'll issue a credit to your original method of payment, less the shipping & handling charges. If the item(s) returned were returned after 20 days of the date you received them, we'll issue a merchandise credit, less the shipping & handling charges. For credits issued to credit cards, please allow 1-2 billing statements for your credit to appear. (Note: if your return disqualifies you from "multiple item" pricing, your invoice will be adjusted to the single unit price. Items returned on deferred orders will have the charges and credits processed at the time of the return.) We cannot refund shipping & handling charges or return postage. Please refer to your invoice for details.
Sales Tax Information
For shipments to ON, the appropriate sales tax will be added to your order.
